Recycling & Litter Prevention’s annual Third Grade Billboard Contest starts today! This year’s theme is “ From Trash to Treasure”. All Third Grade Fairfield County Students are welcomed to design a poster explaining our theme. Students can draw how residents should recycle, how recyclables are made into something new, etc. As long as it stays on theme, the possibilities are endless!
